146:1 alleluia Aggei et Zacchariae laudate Dominum quoniam bonum psalmus Deo nostro sit iucunda * decoraque; laudatio
146:2 aedificans Hierusalem Dominus dispersiones Israhel congregabit
146:3 qui sanat contritos corde et alligat contritiones illorum
146:4 qui numerat multitudinem stellarum et omnibus eis nomina vocans
146:5 magnus Dominus noster et magna virtus eius et sapientiae eius non est numerus
146:6 suscipiens mansuetos Dominus humilians autem peccatores usque ad terram
146:7 praecinite Domino in confessione psallite Deo nostro in cithara
146:8 qui operit caelum nubibus et parat terrae pluviam qui producit in montibus faenum et herbam servituti hominum
146:9 et dat iumentis escam ipsorum et pullis corvorum invocantibus eum
146:10 non in fortitudine equi voluntatem habebit nec in tibiis viri beneplacitum erit ei
146:11 beneplacitum est Domino super timentes eum et in eis qui sperant super misericordia eius

147:2 Quoniam confortavit seras portarum tuarum ; benedixit filiis tuis in te.
147:3 Qui posuit fines tuos pacem, et adipe frumenti satiat te.
147:4 Qui emittit eloquium suum terræ : velociter currit sermo ejus.
147:5 Qui dat nivem sicut lanam ; nebulam sicut cinerem spargit.
147:6 Mittit crystallum suam sicut buccellas : ante faciem frigoris ejus quis sustinebit ?
147:7 Emittet verbum suum, et liquefaciet ea ; flabit spiritus ejus, et fluent aquæ.
147:8 Qui annuntiat verbum suum Jacob, justitias et judicia sua Israël.
147:9 Non fecit taliter omni nationi, et judicia sua non manifestavit eis. Alleluja.

English text
1 O praise the Lord, for it is a good thing to sing praises unto our God : yea, a joyful and pleasant thing it is to be thankful.
2 The Lord doth build up Jerusalem : and gather together the out-casts of Israel.
3 He healeth those that are broken in heart : and giveth medicine to heal their sickness.
4 He telleth the number of the stars : and calleth them all by their names.
5 Great is our Lord, and great is his power : yea, and his wisdom is infinite.
6 The Lord setteth up the meek : and bringeth the ungodly down to the ground.
7 O sing unto the Lord with thanksgiving : sing praises upon the harp unto our God;
8 Who covereth the heaven with clouds, and prepareth rain for the earth : and maketh the grass to grow upon the mountains, and herb for the use of men;
9 Who giveth fodder unto the cattle : and feedeth the young ravens that call upon him.
10 He hath no pleasure in the strength of an horse : neither delighteth he in any man's legs.
11 But the Lord's delight is in them that fear him : and put their trust in his mercy.
12 Praise the Lord, O Jerusalem : praise thy God, O Sion.
13 For he hath made fast the bars of thy gates : and hath blessed thy children within thee.
14 He maketh peace in thy borders : and filleth thee with the flour of wheat.
15 He sendeth forth his commandment upon earth : and his word runneth very swiftly.
16 He giveth snow like wool : and scattereth the hoar-frost like ashes.
17 He casteth forth his ice like morsels : who is able to abide his frost?
18 He sendeth out his word, and melteth them : he bloweth with his wind, and the waters flow.
19 He sheweth his word unto Jacob : his statutes and ordinances unto Israel.
20 He hath not dealt so with any nation : neither have the heathen knowledge of his laws.

Rends gloire au Seigneur, Jérusalem, loue ton Dieu, ô Sion.
Car il a consolidé les verrous de tes portes:
il a béni les enfants en ton sein.
Il a établi la paix à ta frontière et t'a remplie de la fleur du froment.
Il a envoyé son ordre sur la terre et sa parole court avec célérité.
Il fait tomber la neige blanche comme la laine et répand le givre comme de la cendre.
Il jette sa glace par morceaux et, devant sa froidure, les eaux se raidissent.
Il envoie sa parole et les fait fondre.
Il fait souffler le vent et les eaux coulent.
Il a annoncé sa parole à Jacob, ses lois et ses ordonnances à Israël.
Il n'a pas fait ainsi pour aucune autre nation et ne leur a pas fait connaître ses ordonnances.
German translation
Preise, o Jerusalem, den Herrn; lobe, o Zion, deinen Gott.
Denn Er hat die Riegel deiner Tore festgemacht und deine Kinder drinnen gesegnet.
Er schafft Frieden in deinen Grenzen und sättigt dich mit dem besten Weizen.
Er sendet Seine Rede auf Erden; Sein Wort läuft schnell dahin.
Es gibt Schnee wie Wolle; Er streut Reif wie Asche.
Er wirft Eis herab in Brocken; wer kann bleiben vor Seinem Frost?
Er sendet Sein Wort und schmilzt sie auf;
Er läßt Seinen Wind wehen, dann rieseln die Wasser.
Er verkündet Jakob Sein Wort, Israel Seine Gesetze und Rechte.
Keinem der Vôlker hat Er also getan, sie kannten nicht Seine Gebote.
