Ego vici mundum, dicit Dominus,
Jam princeps huius mundi judicatus est.
Resurrexit et salvum fecit populum suum.

Mit starker Hand und ausgestrecktem Arm
habe ich die Welt besiegt, spricht der Herr,
der Fürst dieser Welt ist bereits gerichtet.
Er ist auferstanden und hat seinem Volk das Heil gebracht.
