Pod nebom gre oblak, oblak ko ptič legak;
čez gore, čez doline polida severjak.
Oblaček beli moj! Pač plul boš nad vas joj,
v dolini tam globoki postoj nad njoj, postoj!
Na hišo sred vasi z višave se ozri!
Nemara da pred hišoj tam nekdo zdaj sedi.
Če videl boš obraz v okviru zlatih las,
glej, v duši sem ga nosil obraz ta nekdaj jaz.
