Iste est qui ante Deum magnas virtutes operatus est. Et omnis terra doctrina eius repleta est.
Ipse intercedat pro peccatis omnium populorum. Iste est qui contempsit vitam mundi et pervenit ad caelestia regna.
Gloria Patri et filio et spiritui sancto.

English translation

He is the one who created great virtues before God. And the whole world is full of his teaching.
Let him intercede for the sins of the whole people.
He is the one who scorned the life of the world and arrived in the heavenly realm.
Glory be to the Father and to the son and to the holy spirit.
