German text 15  Aller Augen warten auf dich, Herr, und du gibst ihnen ihre Speis zu seiner Zeit. 16  Du tust dein milde Hand auf und sättigest alles, was da lebet, mit Wohlgefallen. Esperanto translation 15  Ĉies okuloj estas turnitaj al Vi, kaj Vi donas al ili ilian manĝon en ĝia tempo. 16  Vi malfermas Vian manon kaj satigas favore ĉion vivantan.

English translation 15  The eyes of all wait upon thee, O Lord: and thou givest them their meat in due season. 16  Thou openest thine hand: and fillest all things living with plenteousness.
