Capitalization

There are several pages that need merging or perhaps splitting and I've tried to raise general issues at Talk:Traditional#Multiple arrangements. We'll have to choose a standardized title for the song as well: "salley" meaning willow (as in acetylsalicylic acid or salicional pipe) is so rare that a case could be made for "Salley Gardens" as a proper place name (as Wikipedia and Hughs vol. 1 have it), but my vote would be for generic lower case "salley gardens" as Yeats appears to have originally written.
