Biography
Educated at Trinity College, Cambridge, Hensley graduated in 1846 as Senior Wrangler (1st in the Mathematics Tripos) and first Smith’s Prizeman. From 1846-52, he was a Fellow and Assistant Tutor at Trinity College.
