Facta est cum angelo multitudo caelestis exercitus
laudantium Deum et dicentium:
Gloria in excelsis Deo, et in terra pax,
hominibus bonae voluntatis. Alleluia.
[Gaudet exercitus angelorum, quia salus apparuit.]

English.png English translation

There was with the angel a multitude of the heavenly host,
praising God and saying:
Glory be to God on high, and in earth peace,
goodwill to all men. Alleluia.
[The army of angels rejoices, since salvation has appeared.]
