Title: Cibavit eos
Composer: Johannes Brassart
Number of voices: 3vv Voicing: ATB
Genre: Sacred, Introit for Corpus Christi
Language: Latin
Instruments: a cappella
Published: Trent 92 & 93
Description: “Introitus in festo Corporis Christi” transcribed from the Trent manuscripts tr92 and tr93. The keys, notes' values and colourings are as in the manuscript, the coloured notes, except the Gregorian incipits, are “hemiolæ”. The time signature is missing, the “tempus perfectum” has been assumed from the context and the perfect notes have been dotted. The notes' values within the "ligaturæ" are as follows: the left upstemmed notes are semibreves - the unstemmed notes are breves - the right downstemmed notes are longæ. The "musica ficta" suggestions are in the MIDI and MusicXML files.

Latin text
Cibavit eos ex adipe frumenti, alleluia.
Et de petra melle saturavit eos, alleluia.

Iubilate Deo Iacob.
Gloria Patri
