Latin text
Ave color vini clari
Ave sapor sine pari,
Tua nos inebriari
Digneris potentia.
O quam felix creatura
Quam produxit vitis pura
Omnis mensa sit secura
In tua praesentia.
O quam fragrans in odore,
O quam pulchrum in colore,
O quam sapidum in ore
Dulcis meri poculum.
Felix guttur quod rigabis,
Felix venter quem intrabis,
Os beatum quod lavabis
Et beata viscera.
Ergo vinum collaudemus
Et potantes exsultemus,
Non potantes convocemus
Ad aeterna pocula.
