Latin text Spiritum meum ponam in medio vestri, et faciam ut in praeceptis meis ambuletis, et judicia mea custodiatis, et operemini, dicit Dominus.

English translation I will place my spirit within you and make you walk according to my laws; and my judgements you shall keep and observe, says the Lord.
