Latin text Salve mater Salvatoris, vas electum, vas honoris, vas misericordiae, sis pro nobis fons veniae.

English translation Hail, mother of the Saviour, vessel that was chosen, vessel of honour, vessel of mercy, be for us a spring of forgiveness.

German translation Gegrüßet seist du, Mutter des Heilands, erwähltes Gefäß, Gefäß der Ehre, Gefäß der Barmherzigkeit, sei für uns ein Quell der Vergebung!
