O God, for thy name's sake, save me and deliver me in thy power.
O god, hear my prayer, give ear to the words of my mouth;
for strangers have risen against me,
and tyrants having no respect to God have sought my life.
But lo, God helpeth me, and the Lord sustaineth my soul.

Turn the evils to mine enemies, O God, and in thy truth destroy them;
and willingly shall I sing praise unto thee,
and shall acknowledge thy name, O Lord, for it is good.
Thou hast delivered me out of trouble,
and mine eye has overlooked mine enemies.

Glory be to the Father, to the Son,
and to the Holy Ghost:
as it was in the beginning,
as it is now and ever shall be,
so be it.
