Mais si voyez que nayez beau visaige & que vous ait quelque tort faict nature En bonnes meurs soyes discrette & saige Recompensant par vertu ceste iniure.

Mais si voyez que n'avez beau visage, Et que vous ait quelque tort fait nature, En bonnes moeurs soyez discrète et sage, Récompensant par vertu cette injure.

English translation Lady; if, when considering nature's handiwork in this mirror, you think yourself beautiful, be so in body and soul, without deprecating your looks.
