Above silvery waters, swift shadows on the shore,
Along green mountain summits, fly free forever more!
You drift above the treetops, above you see much more,
Spread your wings across the sunshine, oh soar blue heron, soar!

Teach me to see within myself through the mirrored waters below.
Let me accept myself as I am and always seek to grow.
Teach me to find my path in the world amidst hill, tree, and shoal.
Oh, softly reveal how one single soul is a part of the whole web of life.
And teach me to fly.
