Latin text Prima Pars Benedixit Deus Noë et filiis eius et dixit ad eos: 'Crescite et multiplicamini, et replete omnem terram. Secunda Pars Ecce, ego statuam pactum meum vobiscum et cum semine vestro post vos. Crescite et multiplicamini, et replete omnem terram.'

English translation Genesis IX:1,9 - New International Version God blessed Noah and his sons, saying to them, "Be fruitful and increase in number and fill the earth. I now establish my covenant with you and with your descendants after you. Be fruitful and increase in number and fill the earth."
