The composer's correct italian name is "Sebastiano", not "Sebastian" (and he was born in Italy). Is it possible to correct this?

Yes, this is possible by changing the name of the composer's page and then all references in the wiki. Usually, I would say that we should stick with the name the composer is most commonly known by in English for the English version of CPDL, but in this case many authoritative sources, such as MGG, Grove, and RISM, have him listed as 'Sebastiano', and I don't think he is so commonly known that we can say there is a widely-used preference.
