Description:  The priest at a church where I used to play the organ once scheduled the excellent hymn "What shall we pray for those who died" (by John L. Bell, © The Iona Community, Glasgow) for a Remembrance Sunday service. I was notified only on the evening before the service and had no time to source the customary tune. In any case I knew the congregation would not know it, so I figured I might just as well write my own. This "quick and dirty" offering was the result. The tune is named after a former tin mine on Dartmoor in Devon.
