Latin text Responsorium: Velum templi scissum est, et omnis terra tremuit: Latro de cruce clamabat, dicens: Memento mei, Domine, dum veneris in regnum tuum. Versus: Petrae scissae sunt, et monumenta aperta sunt, et multa corpora sanctorum qui dormierant, surrexerunt. Et omnis terra tremuit: Latro de cruce clamabat, dicens: Memento mei, Domine, dum veneris in regnum tuum.

English translation Responsory: The veil of the temple was rent and all the earth trembled. The robber from the cross cried out, saying: Remember me, Lord, when thou comest into thy kingdom. Verse: The rocks were split, and the graves were opened; and many bodies of the saints who slept, arose. and all the earth trembled.
