I'm currently working my way through transcribing Arcadelt's first book of madrigals for 4 voices.
I'm far from an expert in the language, and the low-quality images and old typography in my sources certainly isn't helping. U's, v's and n's as well as f's and s's all look very similar.. My texts are as accurate as I can get them with my limited knowledge of the language, and they could always use proof-reading by anyone who actually knows old Italian.
Only 20 left to go!
