Works with editions by this editor: 383 (see list)

My main editing sources include the Digital Imaging Archive of Medieval Music (although a resource not exclusively limited to Medieval music - it extends well into the 16th Century), along with printed facsimiles of William Byrd and Thomas Tallis and their joint 1575 publication of Cantiones Sacrae, Byrd's own publications (Cantiones Sacrae I (1589), Cantiones Sacrae II (1591), the Masses (c.1592-5), Gradualia I (1605) and Gradualia II (1607)), Tomkins' prints of 1622 and 1668 (the latter posthumous), Lassus' posthumous 1604 publication of Magnum Opus Musicum, the printed editions of Clemens Stephani (1568 and 1569), the Haberl edition of Palestrina on IMSLP and the out-of-copyright editions of polyphony (on the same site) by Stephan Lück, Carl Proske and Adolf Sandberger.

I particularly specialise in producing editions more suited to voice combinations of men's voices, transposed straightforwardly either according to the clef code or with a view to more general pragmatic convenience. I am an academic opponent of 'high-pitch theory', as posed by David Wulstan et al.

Should it be required, I am willing to undertake any further transpositions and other minor alterations to the works I have produced; please contact me at the email address below with any queries, but please be aware that there may be the need for remuneration for such services, particularly where the transferral of Sibelius files might ensue.

Further to this, I am more than happy to field questions on the subject of music editing, transcribing mensural notation, the use of contemporary sources, musica ficta, the expansion of conjectural underlay and any other questions that may arise. Furthermore, I am willing to undertake requests for new works and new editions, provided that they are well within the framework of musico-historical interest within which I operate.
