English.png English translation

They have taken my Lord away, and I do not know where they have laid him.
We weep for him, they weep for him as for an only child, for the Lord, although innocent, has been put to death.
I know that my redeemer is alive, and that on the latter day I shall be resurrected from the earth:
and in my flesh shall I see God, my Saviour, whom I myself shall see and my eyes shall behold.
This is the hope that I hold in my heart.
