Tres sunt qui testimonium hodie de Virgine virginum dant in cælo:
Pater, Verbum, et Spiritus Sanctus, una voce dicentes:
Una est formosa mea, una est amica mea, una est amica mea.
Tota pulchra es columba mea, formosa mea, amica mea,
et macula non est in te.
Tres sunt qui testimonium dant in terra gaudio magno:
Spiritus, aqua et sanquis.
Exultavit spiritus meus in Deo salutari meo.
Vox Domini super aquas Dominus super aquæ multas.
Sanquis ejus ornavit ex morte prævisa genas meas.
Unde exultant Angeli, lætantur Archangeli
et omnes spiritus et animæ justorum hymnum
gloriæ suæ concinunt, sine fine dicentes:
Sancta, sancta, tota pulchra es
