Biography
Thomas Purday was a composer, a partner in the publishing firm of Purday & Button (also known as Button & Purday), and the proprietor of a circulating library in Sandgate, Kent.
The collection Harmonia Sacra Londinensis was compiled and in part composed by Thomas Purday, and published by Purday & Button around 1807.
