Creates navigation links for archived pages. Archive names must be in the format "Namespace:Page/Archive 1" or "Namespace talk:Page/Archive 1" (with a mandatory space after 'Archive').

Usage
Just include {{ArchiveNavBar}} at the top of every "Archive #" page
