Creates navigation links for 'User' and 'User talk' archived pages. Archive names must be in the format "User:Name/Archive 1" or "User talk:Name/Archive 1" (with a mandatory space after 'Archive').

Usage
Just include {{ArchiveNavBar}} at the top of every "Archive #" page
