Translation of the Vulgate in English
The translation (RSV) does not correspond to the Vulgate in two places: Chapter 1 verse 6 - Vulgate has rams (arietes) not harts (cervi). Likewise at Chapter 1 verse 12 the Vulgate has "like my sorrow; for the Lord has pressed me like the grape, as he said he would on the day of his furious rage", not at all the reading of RSV. I think the text should reflect the Latin and not the modern Bible...
