Despite Library of Congress (their comma "Josquin, des Prez" always startles me) and WP, I have to query alphabetizing Padilla under G: John Koegel's New Grove article is titled Padilla, Juan Gutiérrez de, Ray's dissertation is  ''The Double-Choir Music of Juan de Padilla'' (admittedly risking confusion with the Iberian composer of that name), the Turner & Moody prefaces for the Mapa Mundi editions call him Padilla, and such record stores as still exist also sort under the abbreviation of [https://www.hyperion-records.co.uk/notes/30030-B.pdf the Hyperion recordings).
