'Hey ho to the greenwood' is not by Thomas Ravenscroft. It appears anonymously in the so-called 'Lant Roll', copied by Thomas Land and dated 1580.(Cambridge, King's College, Rowe Library MS 1, before Ravenscroft was born. Ravenscroft published an edition of it in Pammelia (1609). 16:04, 28 May 2016 (UTC)
