Third part down is written in the tenor (G octave) clef taking it frequently below the fourth part down (written in the bass clef). It should, obviously in my opinion, be written in the normal G clef - the "treble" clef.

Incidentally, I wonder what instrumental ensemble plays from G,G,G8,F clefs. What clefs are used in the manuscript?
