Biography
Santiago Costamagna was born in Caramagna, a small Italian town distant 30 km from Turin. He was a pupil of Don Bosco, and studied music with Don Cagliero. In 1879 he moved to Argentina to make missionary work. He would become Bishop of Colonia, Argentina.
