Description: First printed by Andrew Law in 1812, in an informal publication (not distributed). Words by Isaac Watts, 1719, paraphrase of Psalm 92, Part 2, with seven stanzas. This tune appeared in many publications, including Kentucky Harmony (1816), The Missouri Harmony (1820), A Compilation of Genuine Church Music (1835), Southern and Western Pocket Harmonist (1846), and The Hesperian Harp (1848). More recently, it is in the Shenandoah Harmony (2013).
