Born: c.1475-80

Biography

Wylkynson was choirmaster at Eton College from 1500-1515, where he probably compiled the second series of entries in the Eton Choirbook. Three of his own works, out of an original total of nine, survive complete in this manuscript. The date of his death is conjectural; he may alternatively have left the college in 1515 to prepare for ordination.
