Biography

Wells Cathedral: vicar choral, 23 Jan 1507 – Sep 1509 (organist and master of the choristers, 23 Jul 1507 – May 1508).

St Augustine's, Bristol: master of lady chapel choir, 1510.

Wells Cathedral: vicar choral, 1515–1554 (organist and master of the choristers, 1515–31).

Bramston was one of the 'practitioners' whose works were consulted by Morley for his 'A Plaine and Easie Introduction to Practicall Musicke'.
