Spiritus tuus et cor tuum, virgo Maria,
Quando filium tuum prae doloribus
Voce magna clamantem,
Te matrem dulcissimam Ioanni commendantem
Et in manu Patris commendato
Spiritum deficientem attendebas.
Succurre nobis peccatoribus
Quando linguæ nostræ non poterunt
Amplius nominare,
Oculi obscurabuntur,
Aures surdescent
Omnes que vires et sensus
Anime deficient.
Memento nostri, piissima mater misericordiæ,
Quod nunc perfugimus ad aures tuæ pietatis.
Et subveni in hora ultima
Et extreme, necessitatis,
Per quem a cunctis terroribus eruamur
