Description: The Kyrie from the “Missa Regalis” in 5 parts composed in 1740 and dedicated to King John V of Portugal. Only the manuscript of the Kyrie of this mass is preserved in the Biblioteca de Catalunya in Barcelona. The remainder of the work is unlikely to be lost, however, since extracts from each section are quoted in “La Música en Cataluña en el siglo XVIII: Francesc Valls (1671c.-1747)" by the late Josep Pavia I Simó (1997).
