Où l'Homme-Dieu descendit jusqu'à nous,
Pour effacer la tache originelle,
Et de son Père arrêter le courroux.
Le monde entier tressaille d'espérance,
A cette nuit qui lui donne un Sauveur.
Peuple, à genoux, attends ta délivrance
