Life

Born: 1971

Biography

Michael Winikoff is a computer scientist and musician. As a computer scientist his background is academic but he has also spent some time working in industry. He is a Professor at the University of Otago, in Dunedin, New Zealand (before moving to Dunedin he was at RMIT University, in Melbourne, Australia). As a musician, he is into classical music and is heavily involved with choirs, both as a chorister, as an accompanist (and sometime conductor), and as a composer.
