Was kann vergnüter seyn (N.B. vergnüter[sic])
bei einem Gläschen Wein,
als dass man Lieder singt,
und so die Zeit verbringt?
Der Stoff sey gut gewählt, (N.B. Canto: gewahlt)
dass er das Ohr beseelt,
und mit was Witz gewürzt,
nie Menschen Herz, nie Menschen Herz bestürzt.
