Justum dedúxit Dóminus per vias rectas,
et osténdit illi regnum Dei, et dedit illi sciéntiam sanctórum:
honestávit illum in labóribus, et complévit labóres illíus.
Immortalis est enim memoria illius quia et apud deum nota est et apud homines.

The Lord guided the just in right paths,
and showed him the kingdom of God, and gave him the knowledge of holiness,
honored him in his labors, and completed his labors.
For the memory of him is immortal, because he is known both to God and to men.
