Biography
Was a Brazilian lawyer, philanthropist and politician. A devout Catholic, is the author of the famous "Hymn to the Glorious Patroness of Brazil", officialized in May 11, 1951, by D. Carlos Carmelo de Vasconcelos Motta, then Archbishop of São Paulo, as the official hymn of the Patroness of Brazil.
