Born: 1490 in Taus, Bohemia

Died: 11 February 1547 in Junzbunzlau

Biography

Bishop of the Bohemian Brotherhood, and leader of the unification movement there. In 1544 he published the second edition of their Gesängbuch, for which he also wrote hymns.
