1  Ich trau auf Gott, was soll's denn sein,
daß ihr mein Seel wollt treiben,
daß sie auf eure Berg allein
soll fliehend sicher bleiben?
Der Gottlos'n Bogen spannet ist,
ihr Pfeil heimlich sind zugerüst,
die Frommen zu verderben.

2  Den Grund sie reißen um mit T rutz,
was soll der G'rechte machen?
Der Herr im Himmel ist sein Schutz,
der wird wohl seh'n zur Sachen,
das Recht er liebt und das Gericht,
wer auf ihn setzt sein Zuversicht,
der ist ihm lieb vor allen.
