German text Herr, laß meine Klage für dich kommen; unterweise mich nach deinem Wort, laß mein Flehen für dich kommen. Errette mich nach deinem Worte. Meine Lippen sollen loben, wenn du mich deine Rechte lehrest.

English translation Let my cry come before you, O Lord; give me discernment according to your word. Let my prayer come before you; rescue me according to your promise. May my lips pour forth your praise, as you teach me your laws.
