The CPDL advanced search is easy to use. You can search by any of the following criteria:

  • title of work (or fragment of title, or title of movement within a work)
  • composer's name (first name, surname, or fragment)
  • arranger's name (first name, surname, or fragment)
  • musical period
  • musical type (anthem, motet, etc.)
  • musical genre (opera, musical, etc.)
  • voicing
  • number of choral parts
  • number of soloist parts
  • specific words from the text
  • language
  • nationality of composer

All CPDL works are listed by their title and composer. If you know the title of the work you're looking for, type it in the box above and click Go (or Search).
