Life

Born: ca. 1560

Died: 21 or 26 May 1623

Biography

The younger brother of Giovanni Maria Nanino, who he succeeded at S Luigi dei Francesi (Rome) in 1591. In 1608 he became maestro di cappella at S Lorenzo in Damaso, a small church near the residence of Cardinal Montalto, an important patron.
