Domine Jesu Christe, pastor bone, conserva iustos, parce peccatis nostris. Requiem dona cunctis fidelibus. Nunc et in hora mortis semper et ubique nobis esto propitius.
English translation Lord Jesus Christ, good shepherd, preserve the righteous and forgive us our sins. Give rest to all the faithful. Now, and at our hour of death, always and everywhere, look kindly upon us.
