Latin.png Latin text

15:1  Conserva me, Domine, quoniam speravi in te.
15:2  Dixi Domino: Deus meus es tu,
quoniam bonorum meorum non eges,
16:1  Exaudi, Domine, justitiam meam: intende deprecationem meam. Auribus percipe orationem meam, non in labiis dolosis.
16:5  Perfice gressus meos in semitis tuis, ut non moveantur vestigia mea.
16:6  Ego clamavi, quoniam exaudisti me Deus:
inclina aurem tuam mihi, et exaudi verba mea.

English.png English translation

16:1  Preserve me, O God: for in thee have I put my trust.
16:2  O my soul, thou hast said unto the Lord: Thou art my God,
my goods are nothing unto thee.
17:1  Hear the right, O Lord, consider my complaint: and hearken unto my prayer, that goeth not out of feigned lips.
17:5  O hold thou up my goings in thy paths:
that my footsteps slip not.
17:6  I have called upon thee, O God, for thou shalt hear me:
incline thine ear to me, and hearken unto my words.
