I changed this template to make it easier to add/remove announcement(s) ... the previous form did not allow for adequate previewing announcements(s), since all the material was contained inside "includeonly" and "switch" statements. I've provided three "announcement boxes" (really just DisplayBoxes with different bgcolors) for up to three announcements.
