Village pump phased out, external Bulletin Board upgraded

As the first action of the transition committee, the external Bulletin Board (aka "forums") has been upgraded and is now located at forums.cpdl.org/phpBB3. The upgrade should prevent the majority of spammers. You can use your old login on the upgraded BB. The Bulletin board here at ChoralWiki will be still used at least for the time being, so feel free to use either.
